Bases and panels are designed to be lived in. If the fit isn't right, your first exchange is free within 30 days of delivery. Items should be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Start a return or exchange by emailing hello@swapit.com with your order number. We'll send a prepaid label for your first exchange and instructions for the rest.
Custom and personalized panels are made to order and can't be returned unless they arrive faulty.
Swap the art panel back to the plain base panel, then wash the base cold. Spot-clean art panels as needed. Everything is pre-shrunk to keep its shape.
