By uploading artwork for a custom panel, you confirm you own or are licensed to use it. Custom items are made to order and are non-returnable unless faulty.
Artwork on our panels belongs to the artists who created it and is licensed for sale through SWAP IT. Our brand, site content, and designs are our property and may not be copied without permission.
To the extent permitted by law, SWAP IT is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products.
